Kaveh is the managing partner at 2020 Venture Partners, providing technology and operational consulting to fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and start-ups in the areas of Telecommunication Infrastructure, Network Intelligence and Information and Communications Technology.
He was previously Senior Vice President for AT&T Network Planning and Engineering Group. His responsibilities included managing $7B capital and $1B operating budgets. Under his leadership, among other milestones, AT&T established as the world’s leader for the transformation of the global network to a single all IP/MPLS network with global reach, as well as the access infrastructure for wireless, wireline, and video services. Kaveh has cross-industry expertise in business transformation, including telecommunications, billing, account management, dedicated web hosting, manufacturing, printing and management consulting. He has a high level of expertise in scaling sophisticated networks from an initial architecture position to full operation readiness.
Mr. Hushyar is on the Strategic Advisory Board for the Center for Integrated Access Networks funded by the National Science Foundation. He graduated from Stanford University with a Master’s degree in industrial engineering.

Bio:
Dan Rubinstein has two decades of experience in high tech ranging from starting a microdisplay company, to driving products at high growth companies including Facebook and Google. He helps mentor entrepreneurs and is an angel investor.
He was most recently head of Product at Palantir where he helped establish the product management function and guided high impact projects that drove significant revenue. Previously, he was an EIR at Khosla Ventures.As Product Management Director at Facebook (2009-2014), he built the critical self-resolution product features that enabled FB to grow to 1B users with minimal human ops support and was responsible for all systems that protect the site from fraud, spam, account/login issues and vectors that impact site quality.
Previously as Product Management Director of Monetization at Google, he led the AdWords Decision Support group, drove the company's revenue forecasting process and worked in multiple cross-functional management and leadership roles on products ranging from Google Checkout to Small Business Initiatives.
In the seven years prior to joining Google he was the founding CEO and later VP Marketing & Business Development of Reflectivity, a MEMS semiconductor microdisplay company that was acquired by Texas Instruments in 2006. In those roles, he raised over $58M of venture capital financing, established key manufacturing partner relationships with leading suppliers in Taiwan and Japan, and was responsible for all marketing and joint development activities with projector OEMs including Sony and InFocus. Reflectivity had over 120 issued patents.
He has consulted for numerous Silicon Valley corporate clients, including a product management role at Infinity Financial Technology. He has held engineering positions at Xerox PARC, Bell-Northern Research and Siemens focused on automated pattern recognition systems in speech and image processing.
He has a Ph.D. in Statistics and M.S. in EE from Stanford University and a B.S. in EE (highest honors) from Princeton University.

Bio:
Linda Netsch is a Lecturer at Harvard Law School, Stanford Law School, and the Haas School of Business, teaching negotiation and conflict resolution. Her consulting and executive education practice focuses on developing negotiation, leadership, and persuasive communication skills.
In addition to training and consulting, Linda practiced law at an entertainment law firm in Los Angeles and worked as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Attorney at the US Postal Service Headquarters in Washington, D.C. She also mediated federal contract and employment disputes and facilitated sessions on changing federal rules and regulations.
Linda started her career as an officer in the US Air Force, where her experiences included the development, procurement, and production of a $200 million mobile satellite intelligence communications network for use by NATO and United States forces in Europe. She negotiated with NATO officials to integrate and install the system at numerous sites in Europe, and managed a team of over 30 personnel in the United States and Europe. She also coordinated the integration of intelligence communications projects throughout Germany, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom, and led the development of a local area network for intelligence analysts.
Linda has a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from Harvard Law School. She lives in the San Francisco Bay area.

Lisa Romano began her marketing career at Apple and was on the founding team of their internet services offering, spearheading the development of apple.com. She has since spent the last 15 years working with dozens of start-ups helping them acquire millions of new customers and build their brands. She was VP of Marketing for McAfee.com for their initial public offering, and instrumental in formulating PayPal’s customer acquisition strategy. She developed e*Trade’s online subscription services strategy and defined their initial suite of subscription product offerings for online investors, and created Palm’s global online market strategy and brand, driving their first e-commerce efforts.
Lisa served as CMO of CodeGear, a spin-out of Borland, re-branding the company and bringing back market relevance, leading to its acquisition by Embarcadero Technologies. She led consumer and enterprise marketing for ZoneLabs, driving revenue growth that resulted in its acquisition by Checkpoint.
As CMO of Wanderful Media, a mobile retail startup funded by the top US media organizations, Lisa drove the marketing for their mobile retail commerce product. Lisa is currently Managing Principal of Atherton Management, a marketing consulting firm working with executive teams in both startups and established high-tech companies to align marketing to company goals, create and execute programs that drive revenue, and build teams and marketing systems that produce results.
In addition to mentoring start-ups and Villanova Business School students, Lisa has worked with the Taproot Foundation as an Account Director leading teams of volunteer professionals to provide marketing leadership to local non-profit organizations.
Lisa Romano has more than 20 years of global executive leadership with Silicon Valley Fortune 500 companies and venture-backed technology start-ups building brands, market awareness, and driving customer acquisition in consumer and enterprise tech, online retail, mobile, and cloud services. She is an acknowledged expert in branding, positioning, customer acquisition and retention, and communications.

Philip Engelhardt is the Managing Partner of PhilQuo Ventures, pioneers in Micro Investment Banking services for early stage companies in web based businesses, film production and digital media. In addition, he is an advisor to market leaders in the old economy who are planning for the digital evolution of their industries.
Engelhardt has served several terms as a member of the Board of Directors of Société Générale de Financement du Québec, a diversified multi billion dollar investment fund, and of Miranda Technologies, a leading provider of technology based solutions to the global broadcast industry. He is a longstanding member of the Board of Directors of RKO Pictures, the oldest continuously operating motion picture production company. He previously served on the board of Cinequest - the San Jose Film Festival, on the advisory boards of SGF Tech, Kasenna, Acacia Research, Florida National Bank and Sensei Partners, and as Chairman of the Content Advisory Board of the Internet Streaming Media Alliance. He has also served as strategic advisor to several Governors of western states, and is a founding member of the High Technology Council of the Western Governors Association. He has been an active participant at the annual meeting in Davos and at regional meetings of the World Economic Forum since 1979.
Previously, he was Senior Advisor to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI), Vice President of Strategic Relations, and a member of the company's senior executive team. Before joining SGI, he was technology advisor to Producer Rick McCallum at Lucasfilm Ltd., where they conceived and implemented the innovative digital production strategy for Star Wars. Throughout his career, Engelhardt has served as strategic advisor to the leadership of many global companies, including Air France, AT&T, Digital Equipment, Gulf+Western, Hewlett-Packard and Viacom.
Engelhardt began his career in the Wall Street community, with experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and mortgage brokerage. In addition to several board memberships in the financial, technology and philanthropic sectors, he served as president of investment affiliates of BNP Paribas, this following ten years at Lehman Brothers - now Barclays Capital, and its subsidiaries. During this period, he arranged funding for many of the country's most renowned real estate developers, as well as financing the growth of several of the world's great hospitality brands. Mr. Engelhardt acted as an advisor on special tax matters to the administration of President Gerald Ford. He has long been active in state and local government initiatives, as well as numerous community projects.

Starting in 1988, Mr. Steinberg was President of the Broadcast and Professional Company of Sony Electronics Inc. with responsibility for products and systems for the broadcast and business/industrial markets in the United States. He served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Sony Cinema Products Corporation. He also served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Sony Trans Com Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary providing in-flight entertainment systems.
Effective July 1st, 1999, he retired from Sony and then served as consultant to Sony Electronics. a member of the Board of Directors of Silicon Graphics(SGI), and an advisor to both the eye IO and Vioozer Corporations and a Member of the Board of Directors of Plug and Play.
He was an Executive in Residence for the Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Davis, California, teaching a course on entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining Sony in 1988,he was with the Ampex Corporation for 25 years serving in various positions including president, and chief executive officer and chairman of the board.
He has received three Emmy Awards. The first was the Charles F. Jenkins Lifetime Achievement Award Emmy which was presented “in recognition of many contributions to electronic technology during his career at Ampex and Sony. A second Emmy Award was for production and broadcast of the first four National Football League (NFL) games in High Definition Television. The third Emmy Award was for technical efforts at the Games of the XXVII Olympics in Australia.
He was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award at the National Broadcasters Association (NAB) Convention in 1999 from Broadcasting and Cable in recognition of contributions to electronic technology during a professional lifetime. He was also presented a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Imaging Technology and Sound (ITS). In December 2008, Charles Steinberg was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame.
He is a Lifetime Fellow of The Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers and a recipient of the Presidential Proclamation Award from that organization.
He served on the Board of Trustees for the American Film Institute for ten years. He was also on the Board of Trustees for the Vision Fund, a charitable organization dedicated to improving the life of visually impaired individuals. He received an award from this organization for “superior achievements” and “professional excellence and social involvement”.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1957.

Bio: His background and expertise are in Corporate Development / Mergers and Acquisitions of software companies in the enterprise technology sector (automotive, unified collaboration, video, voice, and data security). He has worked on all phases of inorganic growth initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures) with publicly traded companies and startups.
He shares the entrepreneurial passion to innovate and to create disruptive technologies. He enjoys working with founders on a wide range of business topics and helping to solve key operational challenges. Additional spaces he follows and has interest in are Fin Tech (including bitcoin and block chain), consumer real estate tech, music and fashion technologies.
He is bi-lingual in Russian and hold a B.S. degree from SFSU and an Executive MBA from Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Paris

Bio:
Cirrus Shakeri is the co-founder and managing director of Inventurist, a company in Silicon Valley that works with early-stage startups in the enterprise applications domain to reach revenue and growth. He has been building enterprise software for more than 15 years with focus on process automation, information management, and big data analytics.
Prior to Inventurist, Cirrus worked at the office of the CTO at SAP and was responsible for finding new areas of growth based on emerging technologies in Big Data and AI. He has extensive experience in trend analysis and technology scouting, building prototypes and frontrunner applications, putting together technology strategy for legacy systems and platform renewal, co-developing products with customers, and technical/scientific research. Cirrus has worked with customers on solving their real-world problems in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, telecomm, retail, and government.
He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in control systems, and a Ph.D. in the applications of artificial intelligence in engineering. He is a US patent holder and has published in academic journals and industry conferences.

Bio:
Charlie served industry consultant to various media, technology and investment funds. He serves of the Boards or Duart Film and Video, Western Broadcasting of Puerto Rico and For a-TV as well as advisor to numerous startups.
Prior to the above, he spent 16 years at NBC where he was responsible for Olympics, Owned Stations Operations and Engineering, Strategic Technology, Network Distribution and Engineering, and International Operations. He continues as an advisor to NBC Olympics and for other large Sporting Events basing in challenging locations. He is a Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, which he is past president and Chair Emeritus for the Emmy Awards Committee for Science and Technology.
He has been awarded eight Emmys for his work on the Olympics. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
